I became interested in Reflexology and Indian head massage after receiving some transformative treatments as a teenager, which helped me cope with exam stress and recover from various sporting injuries.

​

My first career was head hunting in finance which required me to work very long hours and push myself hard, resulting in burnout. This was an important life lesson - we must fill up our cup from time to time! Managing our physical and mental health is essential to living a full, happy life. Personally I enjoy a treatment of some kind every 2-3 months - important TLC . This lead to my career as a Reflexologist and Therapist.

​Outside of work you'll often find me running along the cycle path with a baby in the buggy and two black cocker spaniels for company. My big passions are health related - running, swimming, yoga, cold water immersion, cooking and spending time with family and friends, oh and savouring a wonderful glass of cold rosé!
